I use Procreate on an iPad Air 13in with an Apple Pencil.

I usually use 3000 × 3600 px (10×12) or 3000 x 3000px (10x10) for a square canvas at 300 dpi. RGB. If you need something more specific I can definitely do that for you!

First, send me an email with what you’re looking for. That information can be found on my commissions page. Or you can fill out the form on my commission page. I will email you back with a quote and time frame. If you agree then we will get started either right then or on the date agreed. If it is a commercial project I will send you a contract and once that is signed I will send an invoice via PayPal. Then I will begin on the commission! You will be updated the entire way.

Promotion: just that! You will be using the art I create for you to promote something. Usually something that you will make money from (books, shops). There is no selling of the art involved. Freebies count as promotional use!

Non-Exclusive: you will be selling the art I create for you but I can also sell the art if I wish. Other people/companies may license this art and make merch/sell products with it.

Exclusive: you will be selling the art I create for you and I am not allowed to sell it myself or to third parties. You are the only one who may make merch/sell products with it. However, you do not own the copyright - the art still belongs to me. Full out copyright/work for hire is an additional fee

At this time I am only shipping in the US. Shipping internationally is extremely expensive right now and living in a small state in the US makes shipping a little harder! I am a first time small business owner and learning as I go so hopefully I can ship internationally in the future ♡

Shipping will be done through USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping will be between $5-$9 depending on the weight. But I do offer free shipping on all stickers!

To ensure you all get free shipping with stickers, I mail them in a letter with a stamp. Those cannot be tracked unless I buy the tracking for it, which means no free shipping. I promise you will get your sticker(s)! If you don’t receive them within 3-4 weeks then please email me.

I try to ship orders every 3-7 business days. During busy times my processing time may increase. I am a one woman show and I have a full time job outside of my art so please be patient :) please give it at least 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive! If you haven’t gotten it within that time frame please email me.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can cancel it for a full refund. If it has shipped unfortunately there is nothing I can do! I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect please document the damage with pictures and email me at bookishkoda@gmail.com within 15 days and I'll send you a replacement!

1) I will only be selling art that is licensed through the author. Sometimes licensing can take a while so it's either in the works, or I just don’t want to sell that piece. I am currently only licensed with SJM but hoping for more in the future!

2) Since it’s just me and I'm new to owning an art shop I will only be selling a small portion of my art so I do not overwhelm myself. As I grow and become more comfortable hopefully I can expand and offer more for you all! ♡
